Who can join the affiliate program?

Anyone with an audience relevant to music education (e.g., music educators, school owners, parents) can apply. We review applications to ensure a good fit, focusing on your audience and promotion methods. You’ll hear back within 3-5 business days after submitting your application.

What commissions can I earn?

You’ll earn 30% lifetime recurring commissions on main plans (Starter, Growth, Premium), 5% for Tier 2 referrals (main plans only), and 10% on Add-ons (recurring or flat). Referral values range from $49.70 to $1552.80.

When will I get paid?

Payouts are processed 60 days after each sale, directly from our business account to your bank account. You’ll provide your bank details after your first sale.

Are there any rules for promoting the program?

Yes, you must promote our plans responsibly. Acceptable methods include blogging, social media, email marketing, and YouTube reviews. Prohibited activities include spamming, misleading advertising, or promoting to irrelevant audiences. Violations may result in account termination. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Why do I need to provide a W-9 form, and how are payouts processed?

A valid IRS Form W-9 is required for tax purposes ensuring compliance with tax regulations. After your first sale, you’ll submit your bank details and W-9 form, and we’ll process payouts directly to your bank account 60 days after each sale.

How does the Tier 2 referral system work?

You can recruit sub-affiliates (Tier 2) using a sign-up link in your Affiliate Portal. You’ll earn 5% recurring commissions on main plans for each sale they generate. There are no Tier 2 commissions on Add-ons.

How do I get my affiliate links?

After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to the Affiliate Portal, where you can access your unique affiliate links for promoting our plans and Add-ons.

What is the cookie duration?

We offer a 60-day cookie window, meaning you’ll earn a commission if a referral signs up within 60 days of clicking your link.

How can I track my referrals and commissions?

You can track your clicks, referrals, and commissions in real-time through the Affiliate Portal. Log in to view detailed reports on your performance and upcoming payouts.

What support or resources do you provide for affiliates?

We provide marketing materials like banners, email templates, and social media graphics to help you promote effectively. You can also reach out to our support team at [email protected] for assistance with your campaigns.

What happens if the program changes or I’m removed?

We may update the program terms (e.g., commission rates, bonuses) with prior notice via email. If your account is terminated due to violations (e.g., spamming), you’ll forfeit any unpaid commissions. You can also choose to leave the program at any time by contacting us.
